There’s a lot not to love about the fall season, ranging from the fall foliage, fun activities, and family traditions. I am hoping that everyone can truly enjoy each other’s company around this beautiful time. Thank you, Pastor Natalie.

Thanks, Cindy. I’m glad you found some new fall activities to do. Adding more into fall family traditions as we go makes it more enjoyable. There are more opportunities for family bonding. Yes, the donating part makes all the difference to paying it forward in the community.

These are great ideas. My family has a few traditions (pumpkin carving, cider mills, etc.) and I like to take my nieces and nephew on hikes to look at the fall colors. I feel these have become especially important since the start of the pandemic, when we couldn’t spend much time together last year. I love the idea of an annual fall family photo. Thank you for sharing these ideas!

The pandemic has made simple family traditions more coveted this time around. So we are getting back to reconnecting with families and friends safely; however, that might look. It’s nice to capture the family and kids growing up in those yearly fall family photos. Thank you for sharing your family fall traditions, Heather.

What a nice article! With Covid, our outings had to come to a temporary halt. No road trips. Your article just reminded me that we need to go out again, and resume our Fall family tradition of leaf peeping… to see the countryside in Fall colors. My 2 sons are already grown up but are still willing to tag along.Yes, it’s to create memories that can be passed down to their children…that one of grandma’s simple joys is to see Fall colors.

Leaf peeping is a fun and beautiful family fall tradition to have. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 halted some of the best fall activities for the families last year. I’m glad to hear that you’ll be resuming your family tradition this year! What a great way to enjoy fall foliage with the kids. Thanks, Felicity.
