    Whenever I’m feeling stressed, I try to slow down in whatever I’m doing, or just take a break and do something I like. I feel that it’s important for me to find ways to destress because my family and my kids depend on me a lot, but I’m thankful that my husband steps up whenever I need him to take over.       Thanks, Areil. It’s hard for moms to slow down sometimes because there’s a lot on our plates. But, we certainly have that choice when things become too much. We have to be mindful of our stress and what causes them to manage them properly.
